Reports provide visibility into the traffic patterns across your organization. The Administration Console produces different traffic reports based on your product configuration. Reporting provides extensive analysis into email message traffic, spam, virus, and usage over a day or week. You may also download report data and import it into reporting or spreadsheet software for further analysis.
The following reports are produced by the message security service:
- Daily reports for the previous calendar day
- Custom date range reports from the past 6 weeks
- Current day traffic logs for Content Manager and Outbound Messages
Click the Reports tab in the Administration Console to view and manage your reports.
